Changes to Starcraft 1 Unit Voice Responses?

Hey, this is just a question aimed at any of you guys who had the incredible good fortune to play SC2 at Blizzcon. :D

I'm curious as to which ported units Blizzard has kept the original voice to (or some of the original quotes). For example, during the SP info releases of last week I noticed that not only has the Marine's original, incredibly badass voice changed, but so have almost all the quotes. I'm wondering if similar treatment has happened to the Dark Templar, Zealot, CattleBruiser, Siege Tank, Carrier, etc; how much have the voices changed, how much have the quotes changed?

In my opinion, the most horrifying switch of voice actor for SC2 is not the loss of Talken but rather the original Marine( :P); please assuage my concerns. :D

The funny thing about that is that they HAVEN'T switched the voice actor of the Marine. Metzen did the old one and I'm almost certain that he is doing the new one.

Oh really? It's so much less badass, what happened? :P
I think I even heard a Marine shout "Booya" at one point during the SP vid when they charge the zealots...

Didn't he also do the Battlecruiser and something else?

The 'CattleBruiser' keeps similar lines and similar voice style but he does have a set of new lines. I think the same goes for the firebat and medic. I should have kept a notepad while playing but that would have deterred my gameplay!

Yeah he did the Battlecruiser as well. He was talking about it in the lore panel. There was another one he said he did but I can't remember what it was.

The ghost as well.

Man, every single one of his voices are so professionally done IMO.

The marine, battlecruiser, the ghost.

I have confidence in him for SC2 if he decides to do the unit voice overs again.

Yeah, the Ghost, Firebat, and Marine have probably my favorite voices of just about anything from a video game. I heard the Firebat stayed the same from one of the SP articles; I hope the Ghost didn't get changed! :\

I don't mind a change in the Ghost voice, but I want the exact same SC1 marine voice back that Metzan did instead of his new voice. Just couple that with new lines and he'll be x2 more badass.

For the Ghost and Battlecruiser I think a change in the voice could switch things up a bit, make it more interesting.

Yeah, as I said the Marine is probably the most badass video game voice I've ever heard. If he really said "Booya" in that SP video, I /wrists. :(

Ghost new lines I wouldn't mind, but I would prefer that they keep the tone and sound of the voice the same.
