I highly reckon that the Moebius Foundation is the organisation that developed the Ghost's Moebius Reactor; the upgrade that gave the Ghost additional energy. If this is the case, Moebius has been around since SC1.

In QOB, during his first fight scene with Tassadar, he actually does use that ability (or at least some form of it).

In the cinematic he's enshrouded in a cloud of shadows. That could be a Blink, cloak, entrapment, or some other heretofor unkown ability.

I like the idea of the SC cinematic with Findlay actually being an end for WoL. You tried to fool a good friend Tychus, so this is how miserable your end is going to be. And then he just goes: "Hell it's about time!" Especially if he's been manipulated through the Moebius thing and WoL shows to be full of plot twists.

But besides that, I'd like to say that just because he has chains when he's getting suited up, doesn't mean he's at the prison. He might just have been kept like that since he "sprung out". ;P
