I have my RSS feed set up for more than a couple sites covering Gamescon, I'll post any videos I find here if you'd like.

My god this game is absolutely stunning. What a feast for your eyes it's turning out to be. Thanks for the video!
Oh, an FYI...here's how to properly embed a YouTube video using BB code.

Meh I'm not very impressed with the firebats. What's the point in bringing back a SC:BW unit only for single player if you're going to change it completely.
I didn't watch the whole cinematic (to not be spoiled) but it looks stunning, just like blizzard has gotten us used to.
Firebat attack animation is a little lame. It doesn't feel flame-like, just feels like a stream of graphics engine powered particles. I guess they'll work on that (or not)
But yeah, the game does look pretty amazing. Can't wait.
I think the firebats look adorable! Cuddly-wuddly, even.
And what's more, they have significantly improved the textures on characters in storymode since last BlizzCon. Compare the faces of Raynor, Horner and Findlay here and in the 08 storymode cinematics, not only have they added effects such as a more natural sheen to the skin, but new details as well (Tychus gained a very prominent scar over the right eye and Raynor looks even more worn and haggard than before). And the facial animations are more subtle and refined. Considering how famous as Blizzard are for low-fi in-game graphics (I'm not speaking of pre-rendered cinematics here), this is something truly mold-breaking for them, easily putting them on par with such companies as id Software where in-game graphics are concerned. This is probably the first game I see where human characters done through in-game graphics are so fully realized and convincing.
EDIT:
Very cool. The Zerg UI by the way is definitely my favourite of the three, Terran looks like it needs more work (and a more dull and metallic appearance) and I'm not too fond of the latest Protoss UI design, it feels too bulky and heavy while it should be the slimmest and most elegant of the three.
Agreed, Protoss feels like orange peel blued on everything. Needs to be shinier or slimmer.
Here's that first evacuation of Agria video in HD:
Er... kinda wish the Firebat wasn't blatantly identical to the Marauder, but I guess it saves them development time.
Well Marauder was based on the firebat model after they modelled it. But the firebat does have some differences, like it actually has nozzles for the flamethrower.
This game looks better every time I see it. This looks pretty amazing... well, right now. By 2010 it will be pretty standard.
I love some of the details they added to the Hyperion.
I can't believe how amazing this game is looking.
lol look how slow the civilians are running lol
and ya the game looks great :)
firebat ..no smoking.
Well I wish they redesigned the Firebat head at least. It's just a copy/paste of the Marauder with a different arm extension. I guess it makes lore sense since it's just the same mechanical suit.
Firebat's fire was very bad :S
Whats up with the Italian video fading off into the in-game "Kerrigan" sequence? - was that intentional? - and have to agree, the flame was pretty weak. Everything else is just right.
at least the firebat portrait has this flickering light effect to it, which kind of looks like a flame is in front of the unit. I do not believe the marauder has that.
The firebat stream needs to be animated faster and more "hard hitting."
It's too wimpy, make it a smaller version of the Hellion's fire blast.
I also agree about how the firebat is just a marauder mirrored (the portrait) although it could just be a placeholder with a flicker flame effect for now.
In any case, those civilians need to learn how to run, they all look like they're running slow mo. Just asking to be killed.
BTW, I think they changed the Zergling portrait model a bit.
Interesting, though the heads are very annoying...
I see the cocoons retain the swimming shark within, looks strange to be honest :P

Agreed. And wtf is with that pink glow? Doesn't fit at all.Quote:

It's the red team color at work there, it does glow to bright to fit the dark slimy feel of the Zerg.
And what's with the eggs always being green? Should we automatically assume they're that player's eggs because the Hatchery is right beside them :P?

Avatar for Firebat and model must be unique. If they can make random unique mission units they can do this :(!
well for a lore explanation, it would make the most sense that the Terrans would develop a single highly-armored suit, and customize its weapons to become two different units. Hence, the firebat and marauder have the same body shell, just different weapons systems on the arms.
Btw, did anyone notice the Zerglings in the Evacuation of Agria had only 17 HP total?
