According to Xordiah, a new Battle Report is expected to arrive sometime in September. However, the first three Battle Reports already covered TvP, TvZ and PvZ. Hence, what do you think/want for the next BR?
- Terran vs Protoss (again)
- Terran vs Zerg (again)
- Protoss vs Zerg (again)
- Mirror match (TvT, PvP or ZvZ)
- 2v2 (e.g. TPvTZ, TPvPZ...)
- 1v1v1 (TvPvZ)
Well it might as well show us something new, which is either a mirror, FFA or 2v2. But FFA and 2v2 are likely to be annoying cluster fucks and not show off the features of the game that well, plus I love mirror match ups so I hope it is one.
Bet it won't be though.
A 2v2 game would be exponentially more difficult to script/stage as Blizzard likes their BR's to be, but I'd like to see one. Otherwise, a TvT match. Terrans have a slew of interesting new units that should make this matchup an entertaining one where it hasn't been as fun in the past.
However, it's worth remembering that 2v2 would allow Blizzard to show how certain aspects/abilities of one race benefits/synergizes with another race.
1v1v1 for me, but that probably won't happen, so maybe a mirror match, or even a 4 player free-for-all (has the advantage of giving us a 1v1v1 and a mirror match in the same game).
ZvZ. At least that way a Zerg player would finally win ;)

I just want to see some late-tier units being used. The only tier 3 unit so far has been the raven, I believe. Have an ultralisk tear through a base, or a battlecruiser take on some units please!
I would love to see TvPvZ. If not, then any kind of match up we haven't yet seen, preferrably a 2v2 so we get to see all the races in action.
I clicked 2v2. But really, I'd like to see a longer game with higher tech. Terran basically hasn't even used tanks yet, zerg hasn't used mutas and protoss hasn't used either templar. And where are all the air units? We've seen a couple of banshees and that Phoenix+Ray combo that killed a queen.
But if I can't have that, I'd like a 2v2 :)

Maybe they should go with Moon vs Nada as BR4? If they said they will release it, it will probably be that BR.
Can't they make Nada vs Moon into a Battle Report?
Id like to a see an epic game. they have keept the 20minute games to keep it fresh for the ppl that dont know about E-sport.
Now lets see an epic macro with nice moves where they take most of the map (aka like bisu vs iris game5)

Unless it's the Moon vs Nada game, I'm sure they will try to find a match that shows off some units and abilities that the community hasn't seen much so far. At least that's what Blizzard seemed to be doing when they released BR2 and BR3.Quote:

I wouldn't mind seeing a longer battle report. Maybe 30 minutes or a bit longer if possible. Perhaps see some higher tech units. Whether this means it'd be 2v2, 1v1v1 or just 1v1 doesn't matter to me. I just want to see something a bit longer and entertaining.

I would like to see a 2v2,with a Zerg dominating the match.
Id love to see a 2v2 - but mostly would like to see units not really featured yet...I mean, we have not seen even one Siege Tank or Thor. Muta? Lurker? - Protoss air?
Where are all these units I'm looking forward to...?
I just something long and entertaining like a 2v2 BR on a City or Volcanic tileset with high tech units finally appearing and other unseen goodies.
I'd like it if Battle Report #4 revealed the release date for the beta.
