I think that for each SCL Weekly, there should be a thread in the StarCraft 2 Discussion forum where we can discuss it! :)
Now I know that there was a relatively short-lived news forum, but the problem with that forum was that threads on 'normal' StarCraft 2 news (such as new patch details) would conflict with existing discussion in the SC2 Discussion forum.
However, when it comes to the SCL weekly, there really isn't a place to talk about it besides the comments section on the main page, and I feel that the forum is a much more conducive environment for discussion :).
