They just widen the player. Anyway to fix this?

Well, I've looked around everywhere and can't find a way to embed anything besides regular or HD. I think YT picks a good quality for you now automatically, so it shouldn't be too big a deal.
I've removed the YouTubeHQ tag. If someone can find the embed code for &fmt=18 or 34 or 35, I'll add it back in. I've also enlarged the size of the regular YT tag.
