Opened a discord for discussing alternate continuities

The current Starcraft discords didn't have dedicated channels for these sorts of topics, so I opened one. By popular request, it has dedicated channels for discussing alternate sequels to Brood War, B-canon timelines, the co-op continuity, and the Heroes of the Storm multiverse.
