DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU!!!
Great story. Great animation. It was definitely worth the tickets. There were several parts of it that were pretty creepy, especially when the stitchpunks got their souls ripped out and their dead bodies just limped like zombie ragdolls. The beasts were well thought up too. I think my favorite was the seamstress (cobra/spider thing that had 2's body on the end of its tail).
I expected it to end differently, however. I thought, since the machine had the scientist's intellect, that all of the stitchpunks would get absorbed, which would cause the machine to receive the entirety of the scientist's soul and thus become "human". Then the humanized machine would begin to restart life on earth or something.
Anyway, great movie.
