Ignore button

I have just a simple question, if anybody could explain it to me, how do you put an user to "ignore", so you don't see his posts and cannot receive PM from that users anymore?

If you add someone to your ignore list, he can't PM you and you can't see that member's posts, only small line of that text that will appear if you are viewing a thread where that member posted. I don't remember what was that text, because months ago I added AFXFTW

The only person I've ever put on ignore is SlickR....and even then, I would click anyway cuz I couldn't resist seeing the stupidity. HA! :)
