The unlockable content on Blizzard's Join The Dominion website are 30% along the way, and that means two new unlocks.
Unlock number five is yet another art piece named Healthy Colonists Are Happy Colonists.

To promote the well-being of Agria's colonists, Dr. Hanson is holding a round of hands-on health examinations. Only one check-up per colonist, please.
The sixth unlock is the second StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty soundtrack named We Weren't Angels. (You can choose to download the .flv file from us, or you can listen to it through Blizzard's Join the Dominion page)

Sit back, grab a glass of Scotty Bolger's Old No. 8, and enjoy the soothing sounds of "We weren't Angels," voted the top track in the system for the third week in a row.
