    Default Shield Ideas

    I was bored and I thought of new ideas for protoss techs
    (super inbalanced but w/e)
    A. Shatter Shields 300/300-When a protoss unit losses it's shields all enemies within melee range will take dmg = 10% of max shields. Harden Shields deal 50% more shatter damage
    B. Shock Shields 300/300 -Melee units take 20% of dmg dealt to the Shielded unit
    C. Reflective Shields 400/400-Reflects 20% of range dmg dealt back to the attacker
    D. Power Overwhelming 450/450-When a full shields protoss units deal 10% more dmg
    E. Plasma Power Matrix 300/300- When within pylon fields shields regen 50% faster.
    hahahaha ok just felt like saying out these ideas

    F. Psionic Shockwave - channel shield energy to cause knock-back to units in proximity. Does 5 damage to all units within 1.5 radius.

    the only thing i agree with is Plasma Power Matrix. if zergs are faster on creep protoss units should have some kind of power up on pylon fields

    I always thought protoss units needed get some kind of buff on pylon fields

    That or bring back the good old Shield Battery with autocast!...or not...

    Shield battery would be a interesting addition to sc2 in my opinion.

    NO. because once the shields are depleted, the unit will start generating shields again, just to have it depleted by the next hit (which would shatter the shield), rinse and repeat

    you would have many consecutive shatters

    Pretty neat ideas. OP but still cool. But for now I think the protoss (regarding shields) are fine

    Cool ideas, though the %dmg returned is a little too WC3 for my taste. Protoss don't need any buffs, the increased regen is enough, but the ideas are fun.

    that's the whole point hahahaha xD the ideas weren't meant to be balanced just cool xD

    G. Shield Slam- Melee units deal 20% more dmg when their shields are up
