Damn Random 2's ally

I've been playin 2's in the gold league for awhile and noticed most of my games my ally doesnt get units or any type of defense and expect to just be able to tech and win..then when the attack comes like 7 minutes in the game he blames me for not havin enough to save him???? anyone else gettin this problem frequently?

I've never personally played with a random 2s partner but I'm honestly amazed that there are people in the gold league that actually attempt to tech like that. Me and my partner see people like that in Silver and stomp them every time.

You'll always get paired with less desirables in any online match-making game. It's just gonna happen. Some players are addicted to teching!

I would suggest trying to play with premade teams and friends. Sometimes playing with someone else while communicating with them can make the game even more fun.

I personally do a nice mix of d and teching when I play never super fast tech with no d tried it once and it turned bad to fast!

Ya it happens to me all the time... "I'm gonna tech carriers you get D for us" and of course we lose to an early or mid-game attack.

I been #1 Plat on 2v2 random twice, it's wasn't hard at all. Always let your opponent know at which time to attack. Collaboration even on a non-favored team can lead to winning. If you don't talk to your ally, you are playing 2v1. Avoid saying general words like "rush" or "tech" as these words by themselves mean nothing. Better to say "I'm getting 6 mutas then harass" than "I'm going to tech"

Also remember that the opponent team can also be in a worse situation that yours. Your partner wants to tech well maybe someone on the other team wants to mass probes or stupid moves like SCV rush on a big map or the idoit Thor /w SCV's push

It's a double-edged sword of course (that awful player can just as easily land on the other team), but it never feels that way.

Im at the top 10 platinum 2v2s, and i almost always get a lowskill player with me.

And many many times i face teams, and im just annoyed with blizzard for pairing randoms with teams. Whats the point in letting me get a noob as partner and face a skyping team?

Recently im just hoping my partner dont fail epic, it just feels like its always someones sister spamming the worst possible unit. 10 min ago i was in a game when my partner went all in roach build vs terran protoss, and i scouted and told him terran go marauders and protoss had a cybernetics.

But dont bother complaining to your partner or opponents about this obvious stuff, they will just reply: its just a game.
Most annoying answer ever, it just means they suck at the game and have to bring irl into it to even answer me.
