    Actually the keystone WAS deadly to them. Karax had to contain it in a psionic shield

    When was this? Karax outright states Stettman's claims were misinformed, and Protoss were not susceptible to the Keystone.
    Aaand sold.

    Be it through hallowed grounds or lands of sorrow
    The Forger's wake is bereft and fallow

    Is the residuum worth the cost of destruction and maiming;
    Or is the shaping a culling and exercise in taming?

    But be wary through what thickets it winds.

    I think you have to click on the keystone itself on the ship or something.

    stettman the study at pasive mode and conclude risk of mortal for Protoss in that state. Karax pointed out the danger when it was at its greatest point of activity with the energy of the void in Ulan (Amon portal void) Slayn (Terracine) and Aiur (Amon), for they say that the premise of stetman was simplistic and hasty conclusions. karax can touch the device during its research and when active in starmap mode.

    I just figured it was star matter or something like that since it's used in a synthetic star

    If it was a neutron star, a single crystal would weigh 2 billion tons. :P

    ^ Plus that elemental wouldn't be floating around with all that neutronium sitting in its alimental tract.

    Yes but the laws of science don't apply in the SC universe. Of course, there was that problem in SC1/BW as well
