"I played more SC1 games between September 2008 and August 2009 than I have played of SC2 since its release. I mean, I know that back then I had fuck all to do in real-life, but, damn, that really puts into perspective just how damn addicted I was to SC1. Keeping in mind that SC1 games were longer than SC2 games."

2005-2009 was the like the second golden age of SC for me. the original Phantom mode was the magnum opus IMO

Looking back though, there wasn't a lot of strategy involved. BGH was pretty much the only thing you could play consistently, and everything was pretty much mass T1 units until one of you messes up an engagement, with the occasional slow tank push. SC2 was much better in that regard.

Well, I wanted to watch my favorite dramedy today, Spice of Life... but it appears Sean opted instead to appear in Between Two Ferns.

    I am disappoint.
    Aaand sold.

I don't know what to watch anymore so I started watching Falling Skies. Not too bad so far.

I'm two episodes into Westworld. Seems well acted and well scripted but has subject matter I've heard a million times. Should I continue?

Also watching American Gods. Read the book. Thought it was alright. Watched the show. Thought it was alright. Can't complain.

Just finished the last season of Bates Motel. I enjoyed my stay.

I remember that I somehow watched the entire run of this show about a year ago but I can't, for the life of me, remember anything about it. Take that as you will.

It builds to some pretty neat plot-twists... if you haven't figured them out already that is.
Yes, that's right! That is indeed ME on the right.

Its a good show but the last season... eh... I personally didn't like it so much.

most of the series is pretty good though.

Yes, continue. It's very good imo. There are a lot of plot holes and part of the subject matter(AI and humans, gaining sentience, etc) isn't anything new but the story isn't just about that. Westworld touches a lot of topics and has many story lines so you'll probably at least enjoy one of them. But, in any case, the presentation(acting, pacing, art direction, etc) is so perfectly executed that I'd say the experience is 100% worth it.

Oh and avoid by all means any kind of spoilers because like Tura said, there are some pretty good plot-twists in there.

It's got so many big name actors that I can watch it just for that. Anthony Hopkins, I can listen to him ramble all day
