Maybe about the same time they start updating SC2/BNET to be fully compatible with Diablo 3 retail clients, which could be in May or so. Or, have they already done that?

Blizzard already said it might not have all that stuff, they're just talking about what they plan to have ready. All that stuff should be in the game by the time Heart of the Swarm launches, though.Originally Posted by The_Blade

Similar promises were made about WoL. Sometimes I just wonder if Blizzard will ever deliver ^^

Are there official patch notes for this yet? If so, where can I find them cuz all I can find on battle net is forums with player created wish list patch notes?

No, there are no notes. Blizzard is simply planning the patch, they haven't written it yet, nor even decided all of its features. (Some might be delayed until HotS.)
